This site is operated by PapaCode Corp, a Florida corporation. The short version: only what you send through the contact form is collected, it is used only to reply to you, and your data is never sold and you are never tracked with cookies. The detail is below.
What is collected
When you use the contact form, PapaCode Corp collects your name, email address, a short note about your situation if you choose one, and the message you send. No other personal information is collected through the website, and you are never asked to create an account.
How it is used
Your contact details are used to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on the work you asked about. Your personal information is not sold, shared, or rented to third parties. No marketing email is sent unless you explicitly ask for it.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies: no tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies of any kind. Nothing follows you after you leave the site.
Analytics
No analytics or behavioral tracking runs on this site today. If analytics is ever added, it will be a privacy-respecting, cookieless tool that does not identify individual visitors, and this page will be updated before it is turned on.
Email delivery
Contact form submissions are delivered through Resend, an email service that handles delivery on PapaCode Corp's behalf. Your email address is used as the reply address so the response reaches you directly.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard technical request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve the site and keep it secure. This is handled under Vercel's own terms and is not combined with the contact details you send.
Abuse protection
To stop spam and automated abuse, requests are briefly counted by network address, and a hidden field that only bots fill in is checked. These checks run in memory for about a minute, are not written to any database, and are not kept after that.
Data retention
Contact messages arrive in a PapaCode Corp mailbox and are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any work that follows. Website messages are not stored in a separate database.
Your rights
You can ask for any personal data held about you to be deleted by emailing papacode@papacorporation.com. You get a response within 30 days.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date above.
