Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend, a transactional email service. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond directly.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Our API endpoints use IP-based rate limiting to prevent abuse. IP addresses are held in memory temporarily and are not stored permanently.

Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry.

You can request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing nicholas@papacorporation.com. We will respond within 30 days.
