When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, a short note about your situation if you choose one, and the message you send. We do not collect any other personal information through the website, and you are never asked to create an account.

We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on the work you asked about. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.

This website sets no cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies of any kind. Nothing follows you after you leave the site.

We do not run analytics or behavioral tracking on this site today. If we ever add analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting, cookieless tool that does not identify individual visitors, and we will update this page before turning it on.

Contact form submissions are delivered through Resend, an email service that handles delivery on our behalf. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond to you directly.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard technical request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve the site and keep it secure. This is handled under Vercel's own terms and is not combined with the contact details you send us.

To stop spam and automated abuse, we briefly count requests by network address and use a hidden field that only bots fill in. These checks run in memory for about a minute, are not written to any database, and are not kept after that.

Contact messages arrive in our email inbox and are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any work that follows. We do not store website messages in a separate database.

You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you by emailing nicholas@papacorporation.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date above.
